Russell Brand Files For Divorce From Katy Perry!!!!

It's All Over!!

I can't say I didn't see this coming but this is so sad.

For months Russell Brand and wife Katy Perry have been fighting off rumors that they have been having relationship problems but today the pair have finally gone their separate ways.

In a statement today Russell (36) admitted that he has filed for divorce from Katy after 14 months of marriage: "Sadly, Katy and I are ending our marriage. I'll always adore her and I know we'll remain friends."

The Arthur star was spotted in London today without his wedding ring for the second day in a row, which initially sparked rumors that the pair had called it quits. Alarm bells also rang when they both spent the Christmas apart, with Katy spotted in Hawaii and Russell in Cornwall.

His legal team filed court documents in Los Angeles today citing 'irreconcilable differences'. But just four weeks ago when asked by Ellen Degeneres if there were issues Russell had said: "I'm really happily married. I’m married to Katy. Perpetually, until death do us part was the pledge. I’m still alive."

And in the midst of all the rumors Katy Tweeted her fans just four weeks ago to assure them that none of the gossip was true. She wrote: "First I'm pregnant & then I'm divorced. What am I All My Children?! #pshh #ifihadadollarforeverytime."

Things are not looking good for Katy Perry and husband Russell Brand. The pair have constantly been fighting off rumors of divorce but now things look even worse as the pair spent Christmas apart after having a massive fight.

While Russell was at home with his family in Cornwall, Katy was spotted sunning herself in Hawaii with a group of friends on Christmas Day. The couple who have been married for 14 months were originially meant to be spending the festive holidays in Russell's English home.

A few weeks ago his mother wrote on Twitter: “Spoke to Russell and Katy, they are so happy, it’s lovely. We will all be together for Christmas.”

But plans seemed to change after the pair had a massive fight and now neither of them are wearing their wedding rings. While relaxing in Hawaii Katy's ring was nowhere to be seen and Russell was pictured walking around his home town without his ring as well.

Is it all over? They did get married extremely quickly and Russell has a bad boy past, was it never going to work?

Fashion Fix: Katy Perry Dazzles At Smuf Premiere

What an amazing body she has, pity about the hair.

Katy Perry showed off her perfect body and new blonde hair at the premiere of her very first movie The Smurfs.

The wife of Russell Brand looked every inch a smurf herself as she wore this sparkly tight white dress with a Smurf imprint.

She then paired bright blue shoes with smurf designed finger nails, specially made for her debut acting gig.

The 26-year-old singer voices the character of Smurfette, who was digitally created by CGI for the new movie.

Joining Katy at the screening were the film's human stars, Neil Patrick Harris, Sofia Vergara and Jayma Mays.

In the last few weeks Katy Perry has been showing off a copper/red colour in her hair as she attempts to turn blonde, and here's the result.

The pop singer has gone from a dark glossy black to dry, short blonde. I really don't think it suits her, what do you think?

Katy Perry Is Going Blonde!!

Ok so I can finally put my mind at ease to why Katy Perry has been showing off a horrible ginger/copper hair colour the last few days.

Everyone was shocked to see the 'California Girls' singer debut a shorter hair style with copper, red and blonde highlights last week. I for one was so confused to why the normally jet-black haired songstress would ruin her hair like this.

Katy's hair is getting blonder by the day, but is still ginger at the ends!

But now it's clear that Mrs. Russell Brand is in the process of dying her hair beach babe blonde! She posted on Twitter last week that she wanted to dye her hair a brand new colour but later Tweeted that a drastic hair change could not be done and she would have to wait:

"Tonight I dye my hair a different color. Can you guess which color?"

"So I didn't get to the exact color I wanted from being black for so long! To get to goal I have to be a ginger for three weeks! If I don't wait three weeks, I'll end up with no hair or a pixie '90s cut with a barette in the front. It's okay, I'll get to my secret color(s) soon!" 

It's clear that Katy's "secret colour" is blonde! If she wanted to be a red-head she could have done that easily, but this ginger copper look is disgusting!!!

Russell Brand Pictured Holding Hands With Woman On Set Of New Movie!

Who is this mysterious woman?

What is going on here?

Everyone sees Russell Brand and Katy Perry as the perfect showbiz couple but it looks like they may be on the rocks, as photos of Russel handing hands with a crew memeber on the set of his new flick have surfaced.

The 26-year-old is currently filming 'Rock of Ages' in Miami, and has been spending a large amount of time apart from his songstress wife.

Russell is known for being touchy feely but is this going too far? The comedian is snapped here holding hands with a member of crew in public, but it's hard to tell if it is an innocent move.

Katy and Russell are constantly apart.

Meanwhile Katy has announced she is extending her tour until November, meaning the married couple of 8 months will spend even more time apart.

A source has said that Katy really wants Russell to join her on tour but is afraid his criminal record, which got him kicked out of Japan recently, will stand in the way:

"Katy has only four days off until the end of September, when she’s in Brazil.. She hopes Russell will join her but isn’t sure whether he will be allowed entry because of his criminal record. She is taking a few days off for their first anniversary in October which they plan to celebrate in the UK."

The couple have also put their LA home up for sale, with friends saying the place is practically empty because they are never there. Russell will remain in Miami for the next few months as Katy continues to tour the world.

No wonder Hollywood couples never last, so much time spent apart!

Russell Brand Deported From Japan

His crazy past was bound to catch up on him at some point!

Despite Russell Brand’s new status in Hollywood and super famous wife, he has been deported from Japan while accompanying Katy Perry on her world tour.

Katy had invited her hubby to join him as she plays gigs Japan for her California Dreams tour, but the authorities stepped in and ordered the comedian to be flown back to the US. His wife ain't too happy, as she broke the news on Twitter:

"So...my husband just got deported from Japan. I am so. sad. I brought him

all this way to show him my favourite place #tokyodreamscrushed.

Although there's no word on what Russell actually did, Katy said it happened over a decade ago:

"It was for priors from over 10 years ago! #mamanothappy! #don'tmessw/mahman! #uwannaplaylet'sgo #don'ttakeawomansmanfromhershe'llgetshiasty!

"But of COURSE I ♥ my Japanese fans & the show #MUSTGOON no matter the daily aftershocks or husband kidnappings! #it'snotrightbutit'sokay."

The quirky songstress then attempted to get a twitter campaign going, asking fans to retweet the message, “#FREE @RUSTYROCKETS!"

Katy Perry Bans Staff From Looking At Her?

I'll be really shocked if this is true.

According to reports Katy Perry has banned her staff from talking to or even looking at her! The 'E.T.' singer has apparently issued a 23-point list of demands for her current California Dreams world tour.

According to sources Katy's chauffeurs have been told they must not start a conversation with her and warned "not to stare" at her through their rear-view mirror (madness). On top of that requesting autographs or pictures is forbidden and the drivers should not open doors or touch her luggage.

Other demands on the star's rider include her dressing room being draped in cream or soft pink and containing two cream-coloured egg chairs and floor lamps in "French ornate style".

An insider has said that no one expected the singer to be so strict: "Few people knew Katy was like this. She seems such a nice girl."

Mrs. Russell Brand who is currently touring Japan for four dates, also demands her dressing room contains "strictly no carnations" but asks for "white and purple hydrangeas, pink and white roses and peonies".

Katy Perry Says Trust Is What Makes Her Marriage Work To Russell Brand

If you want a succesful marriage then you have to trust your man says Katy Perry!

The 'E.T' singer has said that her marriage to hubby Russell Brand works so well is because they completely trust each other. The songstress claims that she has never doubted the comedian:

"I don't care what people say about my relationship," Perry told Vanity Fair, regarding the amount of press coverage the couple receive. [Russell] never lied to me once. I trust him. There's just a level of trust that we've built up."

Wow it must be hard to trust an ex-drug addict and sex addict, but that just proves how much they love ecah other! Katy also said that she wasn't angry at her hubby for posting a picture of her without make-up on the internet:

"I didn't really care," Perry said of the incident. "I mean, when I go to rehearsals I look like tha. It takes a village to make me who I am, you don't have to wake up looking like, you know, Gisele."

I love her honesty, and her marriage seems perfect. Maybe it will be the longest lasting in Hollywood?

Russell Brand Claims To Have Slept With Up To 5 People A Day!

Wow this is insane!

Russell Brand, who we all know used to be a sex addict and drug addict, has admitted that he used to sleep with up to five different women a day! 

The comedian, whose latest film Hop is number one at the box office, said that his sex life was insane before he met wife Katy Perry:

"It was silly. I was having one for breakfast, one for lunch and three for dinner. Which goes against the dictum that you should breakfast like a king and have dinner like a pauper. Previously I'd been a chubby lad, but suddenly I got older and girls found me attractive. Sadly I wasn't very disciplined about it and thought, I can do this instead of meal times.My success rate was good, but again, people don't see the work that went in on the training grounds."

The actor also added that he prefers his new life in LA as it is much more calmer:

"I'm much happier ­presenting Oscars with Dame Helen Mirren than I am purchasing crack in east London."

It just goes to show that men can change, as long as they want to, they just have to wait for the right girl to come along!

Katy Perry Previews 'E.T' Video!

Celebs seem to love 'previewing' their music videos these days. I.E tease us with a snippet of their awesome looking video.

Well even though Britney Spears' previews for 'Hold It Against Me' ended up giving us false hope, Katy Perry's new video for 'E.T' does look smashing... and weird. It's already been compared to Lady Gaga's 'Born This Way'. So, as you can imagine, it's a bit odd.
